75g (200ml) raw cacao powder
120g raw cacao butter
1/3 cup Rice Malt Syrup (or preferred natural sweetener )
2-3 tbsp goji berries, chopped dried fruit or nuts
Over a low heat, melt the cacao butter. Remove from heat and add cacao powder and rms, stirring thoroughly.
Pour into chocolate moulds, or silicone muffin pan (or put small strips of baking paper across each muffin hole for easy removal). Sprinkle fruit or nuts over the top and refrigerate to set.
*Coconut oil can be used instead, but will give a softer result*
